Therefore, according to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, we provide the following information:

Type of data treated: The treatment will cover your personal and fiscal, as well as the economic data that are necessary for the performance of contractual relationships with your company. We are not in possession of any data classified as sensitive or judicial nature, pursuant to art. 4, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.

Aims of treatment: Your data are processed in accordance with contractual requirements and to fulfill the legal and fiscal obligations, and to enable effective management of financial and commercial relations. The data will be processed for the entire duration of the contract and thereafter for the performance of legal obligations and for administrative and commercial purposes.

Processing methods: The data processing can be done either by paper or through electronic means, through appropriate procedures to ensure the security and confidentiality.

Obligation or ability to provide data and consequences of refusal: As regards the data we are obliged to know in order to fulfill its obligations under applicable laws, regulations and legislation, the absence of data on your part will make it impossible to establish or continue the transaction, to the extent that such data are required for the same. As regards the data we are not obliged to know, their lack of achievement will be evaluated by us from time to time, and the resulting decisions regarding the importance for us of the data required by you and not reported.

Communication and dissemination: Your data will not be spread by us, that we do not know them to unspecified parties in any way, including by making available for consultation. Your data may instead be provided by us, that we can give knowledge to one or more subjects, as follows:

– to people in charge within our Company to process your data;
